ディスポーザー本当に要る？

ディスポーザー付きの新築マンション、
多いのでしょうか。

確かにとても便利そうで
欲しい方もいらっしゃるでしょうが、
一方で、付いてないマンションの販売員からはボロクソにけなされます。

1.年月が経つと、ものすごくマンション全体で修繕費がかかります
2.何でも入れられるわけではなく、例えば卵の殻を入れるとすぐ故障になります。修理費がかかります
3.全戸の分を入れるタンクが設置されますが、匂いの漏れる一部の部屋は、くさいです

本当でしょうか。経験談をお聞きしたいです。

規則には例外があり得ることを知らないとこうなる。

マセレータというのは、通常は業務用の粉砕機のことを言う。業務用の粉砕機を禁止したからと言ってかならずしも小型の家庭用のディスポーザーを禁止するとは限らない。

またディスポーザーには直投式と直投式でないものがあることを知らないと大きなミスをする。

個別あるいは集合浄化槽のあるディスポーザーまで禁止はできない。下水道に直接流さないからね。

何も知らずに書くのは止めましょう。

どこにも結論なんてないし、すべての国でディスポーザーの使用を禁止する方向なんてどこにも書いていない。

禁止しようとしているのは、粉砕機であって、ディスポーザーを含むか含まないかは明確に記載されていない。

禁止の目的

を見れば、食品廃棄物のリサイクルと生ゴミによる下水道のつまりがなければ、直投式ディスポーザーに問題がないのは明らか。ましてや個別や集合浄化槽式のディスポーザーは全く問題ない。
