確かにとても便利そうで
欲しい方もいらっしゃるでしょうが、
一方で、付いてないマンションの販売員からはボロクソにけなされます。
1.年月が経つと、ものすごくマンション全体で修繕費がかかります
2.何でも入れられるわけではなく、例えば卵の殻を入れるとすぐ故障になります。修理費がかかります
3.全戸の分を入れるタンクが設置されますが、匂いの漏れる一部の部屋は、くさいです
本当でしょうか。経験談をお聞きしたいです。
